Our property services also cover investment and asset management, administration of estates, property sourcing, insured-purchase advisory, title investigation, inspection, sale, acquisition and perfection of titles.
“Do not wait: the time will never be ‘just right’. Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command; better tools will be found as you go along.
Dispute Settlement
Our litigation team has delivered over 220 free legal hours annually since 2005 to indigent defendants, death-row prisoners and victims of gender-based violence across Nigeria.
We appear in matters before courts and tribunals across Nigeria and undertake judicial-review applications, administrative redress, tax-review proceedings, enforcement of corporate-governance codes and non-litigation legal remedies.

The Lagos head-office management team comprises highly skilled support professionals, including front-office personnel, clerks, office assistants, an accountant, librarian, IT facilities manager and associates. Similar operational roles support our Abuja, Awka and Yola offices.
Our Accounts Department manages financial control, fees, collections and audits, and provides prompt responses to fee inquiries. O&O is VAT and TIN registered and complies with applicable requirements on audits, tax, disclosures, due diligence and anti-money-laundering controls.
